Training Overview
WAAEYC is pleased to offer a variety of professional development opportunities to its members and area Early Childhood Professionals. Trainings are scheduled throughout the service area and offered several times per year.
"Connecting Creativity: The Arts and Young Children" is a 1.0 CEU (10 training hours) program to be held on 4 evenings in May. This course, sponsored with a grant from the Worcester Cultural Commission, folcuses on the connnection of creativity and young children through arts, music, movement and the learning environment. The instructor is Julie Ugalde, faculty, Anna Maria College.
Dates: May 4, 6, 11 & 13, 2010 Time 6:30 - 9:00 pm
Location: First Friends, First Baptist Church, 111 Park Ave. Worcester
Fee: $50 for WAAEYC or NAEYC members, $75 for non-members Pre-registration is required.
